    Move over Cannes, Hollywood finally has its own film festival, complete with movie stars, glossy premieres, dinner parties, an awards show and perhaps some old-fashioned wheeling and dealing.
    Starting Tuesday, Gene Hackman, Jeff Goldblum, Hector Elizondo, Diane Ladd, Harry Hamlin, Sean Young, Treat Williams, Dyan Cannon, Christopher Lloyd and James Brolin will be among those participating in the First Annual Hollywood Film Festival.
    The festival will screen 40 new films, including 12 world premieres.
    Producers Mike Medavoy and Rob Reiner are among the co-founders, and The New York Times Co. and Northwest Airlines are the primary sponsors.
    The festival will open Tuesday at 10 a.m. with the world premiere of director Francis Delia's "Time of Her Time," based on a Norman Mailer novel.
